Our Charcuterie boards are produced with quality local hardwoods – maple, walnut and/or cherry – with a food safe resin inlay. Each board is finished with a food safe mineral oil finish. They are intended as serving boards. Cutting on them with a sharp knife may leave scratches and marks on the resin. They usually can be cleaned with soap and water if necessary. They may not be cleaned in a dishwasher. Soap and water will remove or dull the finish. However, it is very easy to renew the finish by rubbing some mineral oil onto the board and allowing it to soak in and dry.
With a minimum of care, this Charcuterie board will last for many years – Enjoy!
